Online scheduling provides the convenience and privacy of scheduling your visits from the comfort of your home, or at any place or time you have access to the internet.

Please review the following conditions below to see if you are eligible to schedule an appointment online.

• Those with no insurance or insurance that doesn't cover Fertility Treatments are encouraged to schedule an appointment. We will do everything we can to help control your costs and help you achieve your dreams. Special discounts are available for our many patients enrolled in non-network plans.
• If you have coverage for Fertility Treatments, please call our office to make an appointment.
• If you have Cigna or Humana HMO Insurance, please contact your PCP for a referral prior to making an appointment.
