Special Pricing Package

Cost Containment Package: This special pricing package allows up to three cycles of IVF including frozen embryo transfers for a total cost of $17,250. IVF with ICSI is an additional $1,500 per cycle.

Cash Discounts: Various cash discounts have been applied to our ART Fees. If you undergo a 2nd ART cycle within 4 months of an initial ART cycle, a $500 discount applies. There is a $1,000 discount for a 3rd ART cycle within a year of the first.

IVF Package Price: Total Cost of IVF is $9,200, which does not include medications.

IVF with ICSI Package Price: The total package price for this is $10,700 ($9,200 + $1,500) per cycle.

Assisted Hatching: Improves implantation rates for many women, $550.

Insurance Information

Most infertility treatments are relatively inexpensive, the cost of some treatments and technologies can be expensive and, at times, are not covered by insurance. The resulting concern over how to afford infertility treatment adds additional stress for couples already concerned about the medical aspects of their treatment.

If you are facing infertility problems, it is very important for you to know what your insurance benefits are. You are entitled to receive reimbursements for covered expenses; however, these benefits are not always clearly defined and the language in your policy may be confusing. At the time of your initial consultation, you will have the opportunity to speak with our insurance coordinator to discuss your insurance coverage.

Services provided to you by The Palm Beach Fertility Center, which have been determined to be reimbursable through your insurance policy, will be billed directly to your insurance company. However, you will remain financially responsible for your care regardless of insurance coverage. You will be required to pay your cycle fees on the cycle start date. Fees may be paid in the form of a personal check, cash or money order.

You may also pay for your cycle fees by credit card. We accept MasterCard and Visa.

We strive to work with all our patients and their insurance providers, and to assist in obtaining covered benefits. Our insurance coordinator will remain available to assist you with insurance reimbursements and claims processing throughout your treatment.
