Mark S. Denker, M.D. -
Dr. Mark Denker obtained his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine
in Houston Texas. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology
at University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital and his fellowship in
Reproductive Endocrinology at the University of California at Irvine.
Dr. Denker has won many prestigious awards including the Pacific Coast
Fertility Society prize paper, University of California Research Symposium
award and a President's Undergraduate Research Fellowship.
Dr. Denker is a member of the American Medical Association, American Association
of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, the Society of Reproductive Surgeons, The
Florida Medical Association, and The Society for Assisted Reproductive
Dr. Denker founded the Palm Beach Fertility Center in 1994 with a philosophy
that fertility treatment should be both personalized and affordable. His
attention to detail and superior patient care have earned the Palm Beach
Fertility Center an international reputation as the premier concierge
practice in Florida.
The Palm Beach Fertility Center under the direction of Dr. Mark Denker
is know as the "go to" clinic in Florida for First Class Concierge
care. Our results speak for themselves, over 23 years' experience with
more than 5000 children born due to our treatments and our high success
rates. At Palm Beach Fertility Center we are pioneers in treatments such
as in vitro fertilization for diminished ovarian reserve, egg donation,
and Gestational Surrogacy. Our novel protocols have helped many women
become pregnant with a history of failed treatments and cancelled cycles.
The Palm Beach Fertility Center is the first clinic in the United States
to treat HIV discordant couples, and creator of the "Fertility for
his Biological Clock” program for men seeking to establish their
own families, the first doctor in Florida to offer INVOcell, and the first
IVF program and one of the few fertility doctors in the country to offer
Vistara testing for important single gene defects.
Dr. Denker resides in Delray Beach and has five children. His special interests
include high power rocketry and scuba diving.
Kailey Asetov, APRN, FNP-BC -
Kailey is a family nurse practitioner, board certified by the American
Association of Nurse Practitioners and licensed in the state of Florida.
Kailey began working in the medical field as a medical assistant in 2010
while pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in nursing. Kailey graduated
with her BSN in 2012 and began her nursing career in pediatric oncology/hematology.
While working as a nurse, Kailey obtained her Masters of Science in nursing
in 2019. Working in pediatric oncology/hematology was a very emotionally
trying job, which prompted her transition to the fertility world. Kailey
is passionate about providing care to the entire patient and helping families
grow. Kailey believes in building personal relationships with all patients
and being there every step of the way!
Irina Livschutz, R.N.C -
Nurse Manager, IVF Coordinator
Irina has a Bachelor’s Degree of Nursing Science from DePaul University
and an Associate Degree of Business from Loyola University. In 1986, she
assisted with the development of one of the first In Vitro Programs in
Chicago Metropolitan area as well as the country. In 1989, she participated
in the First Study Pilot Nationwide Certification for nurses specializing
in Fertility and Reproductive Endocrinology.
Irina is Past President of Infertility Nurse Association of South Florida
and is currently on the Advisory Nursing Board for several pharmacies
and pharmaceutical companies specializing in fertility. Irina makes presentations
and conducts round table discussions at the Annual Nursing Fertility Meetings.
In 1999, Irina joined the Palm Beach Fertility Center. She coordinates
IVF cycles and ensures each cycle is optimized for pregnancy. Together
with Dr. Denker, Irina strives to maintain our reputation as the best
and the most patient-friendly program in Florida.
Eliza Roberts -
Practice Manager, Financial Counselor
As the Practice Manager, Eliza has been contributing to the success of
The Palm Beach Fertility Center since 2007. In addition to her role as
Practice Manager, she is a Certified Medical Assistant and maintains her
knowledge by attending Fertility conferences throughout the year. She
is also the Administrative Liason on the Florida Society of Reproductive
Endocrinology and Infertility Board of Directors. She works closely with
Dr. Mark Denker to ensure patients receive the highest level of care.
She is your "go to" person who "makes it happen." Eliza recognizes that financial considerations are very important to our
patients. Understanding insurance benefits and obtaining the necessary
referrals or authorizations can be cumbersome, confusing and frustrating.
This is why Eliza is continuously furthering her education to bring new
and informative information to you and the Palm Beach Fertility Center.
At the Palm Beach Fertility Center, she is available to explain the costs
of fertility treatment. Eliza's goal is to make infertility treatment
as stress-free as possible and to provide compassionate support to our
patients. She strives to find new and affordable treatment for each individual
based on their own personalized plan.
Blanca I. Duque, TS/ALT/MT (ABB) -
Laboratory Supervisor, Embryologist, Andrologist
Since 1996, Blanca has been working as an embryologist / andrologist. She
joined Palm Beach Fertility Center in 2005. Passionate about learning,
Blanca completed a Masters in Endocrinology and Techniques of Assisted
Reproduction IVI in Valencia, Spain.
She is proficient in all aspects of embryology, including:
- Embryo biopsy for PGT (Preimplantation Genetic Testing)
- Embryo and oocyte freezing and thawing
- Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI)
- INVOCELL Culture
- Semen analysis and freezing
- Preparation of sperm for IUI, TESA and MESA
Certified as a medical technologist with the American Association of Bioanalysts
(MT AAB), Blanca is also a technologist supervisor with the American Board
of Bioanalysts (TS ABB). She is licensed in Florida as a laboratory supervisor
and holds a membership in the American Society for Reproductive Medicine
(ASRM). Blanca has contributed to medical publications in Colombia, Spain
Fluent in English and Spanish, Blanca enjoys reading, swimming, and walking.
She is also a Reiki Master and Energy Healer since 2000.
Estrella Rosemberg, MSc, ELD, TS (ABB) -
Laboratory Supervisor, Embryologist, Andrologist
Estrella joined our Palm Beach Fertility Center Embryologist team in 2015.
She received her Master’s Degree in Physiology of Reproduction at
Cornell University, New York City in 1984. She also did a fellowship in
the Valencian Infertility Institute (IVI). Since that time, Estrella has
been working as an Embryologist, Lab Director, IVF lab Consultant in all
basic and advanced IVF techniques including micromanipulation, embryo
grading and vitrification of oocytes, ovarian tissue and embryos. She
has extensive experience with andrology lab work, sperm preparation for
IUI, sperm DNA fragmentation, and sperm bank management.
She is an expert in embryology staff training, laboratory management and
quality control. She has also participated in numerous international IVF
conferences as panelist and presenter.
She has written two book chapters in Embryo and Oocyte Cryopreservation.
Estrella serves as the Supervisor Representative to The American Association
of Bioanalysis Southern Regional Board of Governors. Estrella is licensed
in Florida as Laboratory Supervisor in Embryology and Andrology. Licensed
Embryology Laboratory Director (ELD) and Technical Supervisor of Andrology
and Embryology (TS) by the American Board of Bioanalysis, and a Member
of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine. (ASRM)
Kari Ratty -Patient Care Coordinator
Kari graduated from Keiser University of West Palm Beach with an Associate
Degree in Medical Assisting. In 2009 Kari was introduced to Dr. Mark Denker
and The Palm Beach Fertility Center through her externship with Keiser
University. Due to Kari’s work ethics and outgoing personality we
decided to make her a permanent part of our team.
Kari is responsible for assisting Dr. Denker during exams and procedures
as well as medication injection teaching and phlebotomy. In addition,
she works closely with our patients to help them with the emotional highs
and lows of infertility. Kari is a mother of two and wants to help others
experience the joy of having a family of their own.
Tara Mears -
Fertility Medical Assistant, Certified Holistic Nutritionist
Tara is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and received her certification
through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City. Tara
joined the Palm Beach Fertility team in 2014 counseling patients in improving
their health during their fertility journey.
In 2016, Tara joined the nursing team as a Fertility Medical Assistant.
As a mother of three, Tara’s passion is to help patients achieve
their goals to create a family.
Viviane Mesia, C.N.A. -
Fertility Medical Assistant
Viviane began her career in the medical field in 2010 in Sao Paulo - Brazil.
She has Bachelors degree in nursing and a Masters degree in Urgency and
Emergency from the largest medical institution in Brazil, the "Albert
Einstein Instituto Israelita de Ensino e Pesquisa." After graduation,
Viviane did an internship at Ideia Fertil Center, and then became a nurse
at Clinica Vida Bern Vinda. With 5 years of experience in the fertility
field, Viviane moved to the United States and joined the Palm Beach Fertility
Center team in 2019.
Jessica Villano -
Jessica joined Palm Beach Fertility Center in 2016. She coordinates authorizations,
referrals, surgery scheduling, financial consults, and transfers for specimens.
Jessica loves to be challenged with opportunities to learn and grow.
With the knowledge and understanding that going through fertility treatment
can be difficult and stressful she anticipates patient needs. With her
compassionate and professional care Jessica strives to exceed patients’
expectations. With her infectious enthusiasm she will brighten your day.
Selena Agosto -
Selena has been in the medical industry for 5 years. Selena enjoys helping
people and bringing a smile to their face. “Joining the medical
field has been one of the best decisions I have made in my life.”
My main goal is to make sure every single patient seen at the Palm Beach
Fertility Center has a stress free and excellent experience.”
Theresa Corrado -
Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
Before joining the Palm Beach Fertility Center in 2015, Theresa was a medical
assistant for 12 years in an OB/GYN setting. She saw the struggles and
sadness of infertility that her patients experienced, and also witnessed
the successes of fertility treatments that helped many to become parents.
It has always been in her heart to bring families together, and Theresa
has been fortunate enough to help two family’s welcome children
into their lives by becoming their gestational surrogate.
Theresa attended Keiser University in Fort Lauderdale and graduated with
her Associates Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography. Shortly after,
she joined our team here at Palm Beach Fertility Center. She is a member
of the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers, the Society
of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers, and the American Institute of Ultrasound
During her time off, Theresa enjoys reading, movies, and spending time
with her family.
Dr. Lisa K. Perdue -Acupuncturist
Dr. Lisa K. Perdue is a Japanese-American Acupuncture Physician, board
certified by the NCCAOM- National Certification Commission for Acupuncture
and Oriental Medicine, Kiiko Matsumoto Style Japanese Acupuncture Practitioner,
Certified Laser Provider, and Medical Qigong Practitioner. Since 2000,
Dr. Lisa has treated a wide range of medical and health concerns with
advanced training in: Fertility, Auto Immune, PTSD, Pain Management, Sport
Specific Injuries, Women’s Health and Laser Therapy. She is one
of the few practitioners integrating laser technology for fertility along
with reproductive medicine.
Angela Maple -
Outreach Program Manager
Angela started working with Dr. Mark Denker and the team at the Palm Beach
Fertility Center in 2010. Angela's role encompasses reaching out to the
OB/GYN physicians and their staff. She coordinates Educational Seminars,
Staff Luncheons, and Physician Dinners.
When Angela visits OB/GYN offices she provides educational information
to ensure excellent medical communication and care. Angela spreads the
word about all the great things happening at the Palm Beach Fertility
Center through social media on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube,
and on our website. Angela loves working with Dr. Denker and the team
because "Dr. Denker creates a family culture. I'm part of a family
that works together to do everything possible to help other families give
birth to their dreams.”
Neil R. Stoddart, Ph.D., HCLD, ELD (ABB) -

Dr. Stoddart began his career in Human Embryology in 1994 upon receiving
his PhD degree in Mammalian Developmental Biology from the University
of Southampton in the United Kingdom. He served four years at NURTURE
(Nottingham University Research and Treatment Unit) at University of Nottingham,
one of England’s most prestigious and largest IVF programs. He is
board certified, as a High Complexity Laboratory Director, & Embryology
Laboratory Director, by the American Board of Bioanalysts (ABB) Dr. Stoddart
joined the Palm Beach Fertility Center, as Off-Site Laboratory Director,
in July 2018, where he supervises the Embryology & Andrology Laboratories
and the Clinical Embryologists / Andrologists.
