Dr. Mark Denker

Dr. Denker's passion for reproductive medicine began early. At the age of 15, he read an article in Time magazine about the birth of the first test tube baby in the United States and was instantly drawn to the idea that science could help create life and restore hope where none had existed before. That moment sparked a lifelong calling to a field that sits at the intersection of science and humanity. He believes fertility care is not only science based, but deeply personal—rooted in trust and compassion—and that true excellence requires empathy, creativity, and the courage to challenge conventional limitations.

At Palm Beach Fertility Center, Dr. Denker is recognized for developing advanced, individualized treatment strategies, particularly for patients who have been told elsewhere that their options are limited. He has dedicated much of his career to caring for patients with diminished ovarian reserve, recurrent implantation failure, failed IVF, and other complex reproductive challenges. Rather than relying on standardized protocols, Dr. Denker designs customized treatment plans based on each patient's unique biology, medical history, and reproductive goals.

A central focus of his work is the thoughtful integration of research-driven innovation into clinical care. He developed the Estrogen Androgen Priming Protocol for poor responders which has dramatically improved pregnancy rates for women with DOR. He is actively engaged in advancing the clinical application of regenerative and biologic therapies, including extracellular vesicles and exosome-based technologies, with the goal of improving outcomes for patients with limited reproductive potential—always within a framework of evidence-based medicine, ethical oversight, and patient safety.

In parallel with his scientific leadership, Dr. Denker has been a pioneer in inclusive reproductive medicine. He was the first physician in Florida to offer comprehensive fertility treatment to LGBTQ+ couples, establishing care pathways and removing traditional barriers that recognized the unique medical, legal, and emotional needs of these patients. He also created Florida's first formal Single Fathers Program, designed specifically for men who wish to build families through assisted reproduction and surrogacy—further redefining what modern family building can look like.

Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Denker is an educator, lecturer, and active participant in the global reproductive medicine community. He remains deeply engaged in advancing the field through research, collaboration, and international dialogue. Dr. Denker maintains professional associations with other internationally renowned leaders in Reproductive medicine to further exchange ideas and advance his knowledge in the field.

Dr. Denker is a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, Society of Assisted Reproductive Technology, the International Federation of Fertility Societies, and the Florida Society of Reproductive Endocrinology.
