The Gestational Carrier Process
Consultation & Matching
Meet with Dr. Denker to discuss your situation. Work with a surrogacy agency to find and match with a qualified carrier.
Legal Agreements
Both parties retain independent attorneys to draft a gestational carrier agreement protecting everyone’s rights and responsibilities.
Medical Screening
Carrier undergoes comprehensive medical and psychological evaluation to ensure she’s healthy and ready for pregnancy.
IVF Cycle
Intended mother (or egg donor) undergoes ovarian stimulation. Eggs are retrieved and fertilized with sperm in our lab to create embryos.
Carrier Preparation
Carrier’s uterus is prepared with hormones to optimize receptivity for embryo implantation.
Embryo Transfer
One or two embryos are transferred to the carrier’s uterus. Pregnancy test occurs 9–12 days later.
Pregnancy & Delivery
Carrier receives prenatal care throughout pregnancy. Intended parents are present at delivery and take baby home immediately.
