Professional Memberships
Palm Beach Fertility Center is a member of the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology (SART). Our IVF statistics are reported to SART annually and are published on their website, as well as reported to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Dr. Mark Denker, MD, is also a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM). SART is an affiliate society of ASRM, further reinforcing our commitment to transparency, accountability, and excellence in fertility care.

SART Membership & Standards
SART is the primary organization of professionals dedicated to the practice of assisted reproductive technologies (ART/IVF) in the United States. Approximately 85% of ART centers nationwide are SART member clinics.
SART's mission is to establish and maintain high standards for ART by:
- •Collecting and publishing annual IVF outcome data
- •Working closely with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)
- •Establishing practice guidelines and standards
- •Acting as an oversight body for ART practices in the U.S.
- •Ensuring quality assurance and truth in advertising
Palm Beach Fertility Center is a SART member clinic in good standing and complies fully with annual IVF data reporting requirements.
Clinical & Laboratory Standards
Palm Beach Fertility Center follows all SART practice guidelines, including:
- •Guidelines for gamete and embryo donation
- •Guidelines regarding the number of embryos transferred
- •Guidelines for embryology and andrology laboratories
- •Minimum standards for practices offering assisted reproductive technologies
These standards have contributed to improved patient safety, reduced high-order multiple pregnancies, appropriate use of preimplantation genetic testing, and increased adoption of elective single-embryo transfer.
Accreditations & Quality Assurance
Palm Beach Fertility Center is accredited by The Joint Commission (JACHO), an independent, not-for-profit organization recognized nationwide as a symbol of healthcare quality and patient safety.
The Joint Commission evaluates healthcare organizations based on rigorous performance standards and requires ongoing compliance through scheduled on-site surveys. To maintain accreditation, laboratories undergo review every two years, and full organizational surveys occur at least every three years.
