Insurance Plans We Accept

Payment Information for Fertility Treatments

Once you have decided to undergo fertility treatment, the next step is to determine how you will pay for it. Although most infertility treatments are relatively inexpensive, the cost of some processes and technologies can be more costly and are often not covered by insurance. The resulting concern over how to afford infertility treatment adds additional stress for couples already concerned about the medical aspects of their treatment.

Providing Answers to Your Payment Questions

We are here to help guide you and answer any questions you may have about insurance plans and payment. If you are facing infertility, it is very important for you to know what your insurance benefits are. You are entitled to receive reimbursements for covered expenses; however, these benefits are not always clearly defined, and the language in your policy may be confusing.

At the time of your initial consultation, you will have the opportunity to speak with our insurance coordinator to discuss your insurance coverage. Services provided to you by Palm Beach Fertility Center, which have been determined to be reimbursable through your insurance policy will be billed directly to your insurance company. You may also pay for your cycle fees by credit card.

Working with Patients throughout the Entire Process

We strive to work with all our patients and their insurance providers to help you obtain covered benefits. Our insurance coordinator will remain available to assist you with insurance reimbursements and claims processing throughout your treatment. However, you will remain financially responsible for your care regardless of insurance coverage. You will be required to pay your cycle fees on the cycle start date. Fees may be paid in the form of a personal check, cash, or wire transfer.
